Today's my first day at school and I've already missed my holiday! I missed getting to sleep late at night and waking up late in the morning, I missed all the things I can do in my holiday! What I love the most from having a holiday is that I don't have to rush! In school days, I have to spend my time effectively, eat fast, do my homework, prepare my books, study for exams, there's hardly any time left for my hobbies! :(
The best thing about going to school is that I meet my friends more often, which is nice, because it's rather hard to meet friends in holidays. We have to schedule our meetings at malls simply for a chat.

Sending you Letters of love
After making a couple of new year cards, I went ahead and made some love-valentine type cards. I know that it's still one month away until we celebrate Valentine, but we can never have enough Valentine cards right? :)
I was inspired by a post box image that I saw somewhere, and I thought that it will be perfect for Valentine type cards!
The focal point of this card is the sentiment, and if you have many different kinds of fonts of alphabet stamps, this is a great way to use them all together for the same card!
The 'love' word from the sentiment is from American Crafts Glee stamp set. The 'love' word didn't come as a single stamp, and instead, it was part of the 'Laugh [heart] Smile [heart] Love' stamp. I only wanted to use the 'love' word, so I decided to cut it off from the whole stamp.
This is one of the advantages of having a clear mount stamp, if you don't like your stamp or you just want to use one section of the stamp, you can go ahead and cut it off, because you can use it on later if you want.
So, that's the card for today, Happy cardmaking! :)
Stamps at Kinokuniya
I was looking for a present for my 8 years old cousin in Kinokuniya bookstore when I noticed some stamps! Most of the stamps are woodblock stamps and there are also a few hero arts and american crafts' clear mount stamp sets. I wasn't really excited because the stamps were so expensive! A hero arts stamp set costs about Rp.320.000,- ! That was way too expensive! And a single small wooden snowflake stamp costs Rp. 60.000,-! Oh, man!
There were also some embossing powder, stickles and inkpads. In fact, the versamagic inkpads sold there were cheaper than the ones that I bought.
If you are a craft lover like me, you may want to go to Kinokuniya and have a look at those adorable stamps, although they cost like hell! :P

| Though it seems like this temple has many details, it's really easy to make. To create the wall and the stairs, you just have to cut strips of cardstocks and stack them together! |

| Scallop circles |
This is how you make the circle card :
- You can use a simple circle cutter but if you don't have it, simply draw two circles of the same size and cut them out manually
- Take one of the circles and fold a small section on the top of the circle, and cover it up with glue
- Align the two circles together and press hard on the glued section, and voila! Here comes your first circle card! :)

CardEnds
Hi people, guess what? I have a card brand now, it's called CardEnds. Actually, my elder sister is the one who suggested me the name, she explained that there's a book store named BookEnds and she thinks that it'll be pretty cool if my card brand's called CardEnds. It literally means that if you're looking for cards, you'll ended up finding the cards here, at CardEnds.

Book Tags
Besides cards and scrapbooks, things that you can also make from a bunch of pattern paper, cardstocks, and stamps are book tags! They're really fun and easy to make. All you have to do is cut a rectangular shape from a cardstock, and have fun decorating it!
Anyway, these are the book tags that I've made. Just showing them to you guys so that you all can have an idea of how my book tags look like. Enjoy! :)
